Abstract
As an important component of integrated reactors,spiral-wound heat exchangers have been rarely studied in terms of structural integrity under seismic loads.To address this issue,based on a completed design of a large spiral-wound heat exchanger,a scaled seismic test model was designed and manufactured,and seismic tests were conducted on a shaking table to perform seismic analysis of the large spiral-wound heat exchanger test model.The results show that the seismic analysis results are relatively consistent with the test results,while the seismic analysis results can basically envelop the test results and meet the structural integrity requirements of relevant codes,verifying the design feasibility of the large spiral-wound heat exchanger and the effectiveness of the model simplification and analysis methods for spiral-wound heat exchangers.The research results can provide references for the design of heat exchangers in integrated reactors.关键词
