摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the efficacy of Zhenwu decoction combined with metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure and its effect on plasma N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)level of patients.Methods A total of 56 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure admitted to Ruijin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,with 28 patients in each group.The control group was treated with metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets,and the study group was treated with Zhenwu decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,cardiac function[left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)],serum NT-proBNP,CRP,and incidence of adverse reactions(rash,dizziness,gastrointestinal reactions)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of LVEF in the study group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of LVESD and LVEDD were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The levels of serum NT-proBNP and CRP in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Zhenwu decoction combined with metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets has a definite clinical effect in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure,which can improve their cardiac function,reduce the serum NT-proBNP and CRP levels,and has high safety.It is worthy of clinical application.关键词
