盐渍土壤种植不同大豆材料的叶片生理指标及土壤改良效果比较
Comparison of Leaf Physiological Parameters and Soil Improvement Effects Among Diverse Soybean Materials in Saline Soil

Abstract
This study aims to assess the differential adaptability and soil improvement effects of cultivated,wild soybeans,and their hybrid offspring grown in saline soil conditions,using the cultivated soybeans(Xin27,Nannong8831,and Lee68),wild soybean(N23227),and their hybrid(3060)as the materials,unplanted soy-bean open space as control(CK),this work assessed leaf physiological parameters at the vegetative growth stage,along with soil physicochemical properties and microbial community structure at 60 and 120 days after planting.Under saline soil cultivation,the photoprotective and antioxidant capabilities of plant leaves were the strongest in the hybrid progeny material 3060,followed by Lee68 and N23227,which were superior to Xin 27 and Nannong 8831.Compared with the control soil,3060 significantly reduced soil electrical conductivity at 60 days of planting(P<0.05).Compared with the other four soybean materials,3060 had the best nitrogen fixation ability and comprehensive improvement effect on soil,followed by N23227.In addition,the five soybean materials could maintain the abundance of soil actinomycetes,and the abundance of Firmicutes increased significantly(P<0.05)after planting N23227 soybean for 120 d compared with 60 d.The hybrid progeny 3060 and wild soybean N23227 can improve the soil physical and chemical properties and bacterial community structure under the condi-tion of adapting to saline soil,which is suitable for planting in saline soil.关键词
