Abstract
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of two-dimensional ultrasonography combined with color Doppler ultrasonography in patients with benign and malignant thyroid nodules.Methods From January 2022 to February 2024,60 patients with benign and malignant thyroid nodules received by Wuning County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was examined by two-dimensional ultrasound,and the observation group was examined by color Doppler ultrasound on the basis of the control group.The diagnostic value(specificity,sensitivity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value,diagnostic accuracy),diagnostic value score,and imaging quality score were compared between the two groups.Results The specificity,sensitivity,negative predictive value and diagnostic accuracy of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The diagnostic value score and imaging quality score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Two-dimensional ultrasonography combined with color Doppler ultrasonography can improve the diagnostic efficiency and imaging quality of patients with benign and malignant thyroid nodules,which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
