Toxicity Determination and Potted Control Effect of Control Agents Against the Peanut Root Rot Pathogen

Abstract
To screen effective fungicides for controlling peanut root rot,this study evaluated the indoor toxic-ity of 11 fungicides against Fusarium solani and Fusarium citrus,the causal agents of peanut root rot.The study conducted indoor toxicity tests and pot control trials.Laboratory toxicity tests demonstrated that 43%tebucon-azole showed the strongest efficacy against both pathogens,with EC50 values below 1.00 mg/L,and as low as 0.11 mg/L against F.citrus;the EC50 values of 75%trifloxystrobin-tebuconazole were all below 5.00 mg/L;biological agents exhibited relatively weak inhibitory effects,with EC50 values ranging from 7.11 to 527.23 mg/L.In pot inoculation experiments,70%thiophanate-methyl(10.00 mg/L)achieved a control efficacy of 71.50%against F.solani after the third application,while 75%trifloxystrobin-tebuconazole(10.00 mg/L)showed 66.68%efficacy against F.citrus.Three consecutive applications increased control efficacy by 20%-30%,whereas the efficacy of biological agents was generally below 50%.The application of 70%thiophanate-methyl(10.00 mg/L via root irrigation,three times,with a safety interval≥14 d)for F.solani and 75%trifloxystrobin-tebuconazole(10.00 mg/L via root irrigation,three times,with a safety interval≥21 d)for F.citrus both dem-onstrated effective inhibition,providing valuable reference for the scientific control of peanut root rot.关键词
