窄螯螯虾的鉴定及其在额尔齐斯河流域的分布
Identification and Distribution of Pontastacus leptodactylus in the Irtysh River Basin
摘要
Abstract
To explore the species of crayfish caught in small quantities in the Irtysh River Basin in July 2010 and tried to breed them in Jimunai County so far.The crayfish were identified through morphological observation and mitochondrial COI gene amplification sequencing methods,and then the research team conducted a distrib-uted investigation of crayfish in the Haba River section of the Irtysh River Basin through visits and on-site fishing.The identification criteria for morphology were as follows:the body length of adult males was 14.50-24.70 cm,and the body weight of adult females was 186.40-352.60 g,and the body length of adult females was 12.80-22.60 cm and the body weight was 176.20-348.50 g;The chelicerae were narrow and long,6.40-10.30 cm long,and there was no obvious serrated bulge on the inside of the chelicerae;The body color was turquoise or yellow-green;The sides of the chest were rough,with multiple bulges,obvious cervical grooves,and sharp fron-tal swords.The results of COI gene sequencing showed that the samples sent for testing and the samples captured in the Irtysh River Basin were closely related,and the homology with the narrow Pontastacus leptodactylus(NCBI:KX279349.1,JQ421466.1,JQ421476.1)reached 98.60%.The results of the distributed survey showed that the Pontastacus leptodactylus could be caught in small quantities in the Irtysh River basin as early as around 2000,and could still be caught every year,and its natural distribution have been reported in the lower reaches of the Irtysh River(Ob River in Russia).The results of molecular biology identification were consistent with the morphological observations,and it was determined that it was a narrow crayfish(Pontastacus leptodactylus).关键词
