阿勒泰地区常见养殖鱼上寄生车轮虫的种类鉴定及遗传多样性分析
Genetic Diversity Analysis and Species Identification of Parasitic Wheelworm on Commonly Cultured Fish in Altay Prefecture

Abstract
In order to investigate the parasitic situation,species,genetic diversity of Triehodinidae on four com-mon farmed fish in Altay region,Xinjiang,a sampling survey was conducted on four fish species(Perca fluviatilis,Carassius auratus gibelio var.Songpu,Esox lucius and Cyprinus carpio)in Altay Prefecture,Xinjiang.The Trichodina obtained were identified by morphological and the genetic diversity was analyzed based on the small subunit ribosomal DNA gene.The results showed that the total infection rate of 213 cultured fish was 52.760%,Trichodina parasites obtained in Altay Prefecture had the highest homology(98.750%)with Trichodinella epizo-otica and the shortest average genetic distance(0.016).A total of 17 haplotypes of Trichodinella epizootica were detected in the four common fish species.The haplotype NJ tree and network distribution map showed a random distribution pattern among the four fish populations,without obvious host specificity,and no corresponding lin-eages were formed with the hosts.All four populations showed high haplotype diversity(Hd≥0.500)and low nucleotide diversity(Pi<0.005).The four farmed fish species in Altay Prefecture,Xinjiang,were mainly parasit-ized by Trichodina popularis.The populations showed high haplotype diversity and low nucleotide diversity,and there was no host specificity.关键词
