Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of goserelin acetate sustained-release depot combined with laparoscopic surgery on ovarian function and pregnancy outcome in patients with endometriosis.Methods According to the random number table method,80 patients with endometriosis admitted to Suzhou Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from March 2022 to February 2024 were divided into two groups,namely the control group and the study group,with 40 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with laparoscopic surgery,while patients in the study group were treated with goserelin acetate sustained-release depot on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,ovarian function[serum estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)],pregnancy outcome and serum related factors[serum carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),malignant tumor specific growth factor(TSGF)]were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.00%,which was higher than 77.50%of the control group(P＜0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the levels of serum E2,LH and FSH in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and compared with the control group,the levels of serum E2,LH and FSH in the study group were lower after 6 months of treatment(P＜0.05).The pregnancy rate of the study group was 57.50%,which was higher than 30.00%of the control group(P＜0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the levels of serum CA125,TNF-α and TSGF in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and compared with the control group,the levels of serum CA125,TNF-α and TSGF in the study group were lower after 6 months of treatment(P＜0.05).Conclusion Goserelin acetate sustained-release depot combined with laparoscopic surgery is effective in the treatment of endometriosis.It can not only improve the pregnancy rate,but also effectively improve the ovarian function of patients,and regulate the level of serum related factors.关键词
