Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of entecavir standardized treatment in patients with chronic viral hepatitis B.Methods:A total of 40 patients with chronic viral hepatitis B admitted to the Bengbu Hospital of Shanghai General Hospital from April 2019 to April 2024 were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group with 20 cases in each group by dice method.The control group received conventional treatment with lamivudine and the experimental group received enticavir standardized treatment.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,P<0.05;The levels of aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and alanine aminotransferase(ALT)in the experimental were significantly lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.The negative rate of HBV-DNA and ALT normalizing rate of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The entecavir standardized treatment can improve the liver function index of patients with chronic hepatitis B,and increase the negative rate of HBV-DNA and ALT normalization rate,with better clinical efficacy and safety.关键词
