Impact of Standardized Nursing Using a Three-dimensional Quality Evaluation Model on Patients Undergoing Achilles Tendon Rupture Repair Surgery

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of standardized nursing with three-dimensional quality evaluation model in patients undergoing surgeries for achilles tendon rupture repair.Methods:A total of 60 patients with achilles tendon rupture admitted to Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from June 2022 to June 2024 were selected and divided into the control group(receiving treatment from June 2022 to June 2023)and the observation group(receiving treatment from July 2022 to June 2024)according to the difference in treatment time,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received standardized nursing with three-dimensional quality evaluation model.The influence of different nursing models on patients undergoing surgeries for achilles tendon rupture repair was compared and analyzed.Results:The pain severity scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).12 weeks after operation,the functional recovery effect scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The standardized nursing of the patients with achilles tendon rupture repair can reduce postoperative pain and promote functional recovery,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
