Abstract
This paper combines the actual situation of the Nanting River Basin in the main urban area of Lincang City and existing relevant planning results,using advanced water ecological governance concepts and comprehensive measures to carry out the planning of water ecological civilization construction in the main urban area of Lincang City.The approach of addressing both symptoms and root causes has effectively improved the water ecological environment in the main urban area of Lincang City.The planning and construction goal is to build a"city of beautiful waters,a city of forests,and a city of sponges",and to construct a"colorful"beautiful and livable Lincang city.The paper proposes a specific plan for the construction of water ecological civilization.关键词
