Innovative practice and effectiveness of a blended teaching model for the"Food Factory Design and Environmental Protection"course
摘要
Abstract
As a core course in the Food Science and Engineering major,"Food Factory Design and Environmental Protection"currently faces multiple challenges in its traditional teaching mode.These include abstract and extensive teaching content,a disconnect between theory and practice,insufficient experimental teaching resources,significant disparities in students'foundational knowledge,a singular assessment approach,and inadequate integration of morals and values education within the curriculum.Based on this,this study focuses on innovating and implementing a blended teaching model for this course.The application of this model contributes to enhancing students'academic performance,practical skills,and innovative competencies,while also providing a referenceable implementation pathway for the development and reform of similar courses in higher education institutions.关键词
