摘要
Abstract
There is profound coupling and synergistic relationship between resource security and industrial development.Through dynamic interaction,they collectively form the core driving force for the sustainable development of regional economy and society.Resource security provides an indispensable material basis and supply stability for the operation of industrial systems,and profoudly shapes the spatial layout and structural evolution of industries.Industrial development serves to continuously consolidate the resource support system by advancing technological innovations in exploration and exploitation,enhancing resource utilization efficiency,and broadening diversified approaches to resource acquisition.Based on strategic framework and practical exploration of Human Province in building a"4×4"modern industrial system,this paper theoretically analyzes the intrinsic mechanisms between mineral resources and industrial development,systematically identifies structural bottlenecks in Hunan's current development,and proposes pathways and policy recommendations to leverage mineral resources for facilitating high-quality development of Human's industries.关键词
