静息态脑电功率谱异常与边缘性人格障碍患者情绪失调的关系
Associations Between Resting-state EEG Power Spectral Abnormalities and Emotional Dysregulation in Patients with Borderline Personality Disorder

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the characteristics of resting-state electroencephalogram(EEG)power spectral in patients with Borderline Personality Disorder(BPD)and the relationship with emotional dysregulation.Methods:A total of 55 patients with BPD and 63 healthy controls underwent resting-state EEG data acquisition.Additionally,all participants completed the Borderline Symptom List,the Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale,the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory,and the Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire.Spectral analysis was performed on the EEG data,and cor-relations between EEG indices and psychological scale scores were analyzed.Results:The BPD group exhibited signifi-cantly higher theta and beta power amplitudes compared to the control group(Ps＜0.05).In BPD group,the theta and beta power amplitudes were significantly positively correlated with scores on borderline symptoms,depression,and anxiety(r=0.281～0.446,Ps＜0.05).The theta/beta ratio of BPD group was significantly negatively correlated with maladaptive emotion regulation strategies,including self-blame,catastrophizing,and blaming others(r=-0.281～-0.499,Ps＜0.05).Conclusion:BPD patients demonstrate excessive cortical activation in resting state,which may be one of the neurobiological underpin-nings of their emotional dysregulation.关键词
