青少年抑郁症患者静息态fNIRS功能连接特征与认知功能的相关性分析
Resting-state fNIRS Functional Connectivity of the Prefrontal Cortex and Its Association with Cognitive Function in Adolescents with Major Depressive Disorder

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the characteristics of resting-state functional connectivity(FC)in adolescents with major depressive disorder(aMDD)using functional near-infrared spectroscopy(fNIRS),and their associations with cogni-tive performance.Methods:Forty adolescents with MDD and 57 age-and sex-matched healthy controls were enrolled.Resting-state fNIRS data were collected to assess FC.Cognitive function was evaluated using the Repeatable Battery for the Assessment of Neuropsychological Status(RBANS).Results:Compared to the HC group:(1)the aMDD group showed sig-nificantly increased FC between several prefrontal regions among the right and left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex(DLPFC),right frontal eye field(FEF),and right frontopolar area(P<0.05);(2)the aMDD group exhibited significantly lower RBANS total and subscale scores across all domains(P<0.05);(3)RBANS cognitive scores were negatively correlated with FC within prefrontal regions.Specifically,right FEF-right DLPFC FC was negatively correlated with delayed memory(r=-0.208,P=0.042);right DLPFC-right FPA FC was negatively correlated with immediate memory(r=-0.227,P=0.026),at-tention(r=-0.214,P=0.036),and total RBANS score(r=-0.233,P=0.022).Conclusion:aMDD is characterized by prefron-tal hyperconnectivity and cognitive impairment.Excessive synchronization within the prefrontal network may underlie cogni-tive deficits.关键词
