摘要

Abstract

In recent years,gene editing technologies have advanced rapidly,with the CRISPR/Cas system emerging as a particularly powerful tool due to its high precision and efficiency.This technology has been extensively applied in the study of genetic improvement of various crops,and is a biological editing tool to achieve targeted gene mutation and precise phenotype modification.A systematic review of the development of plant gene editing technologies was presented,with a focus on its application progress and current challenges in potato genetic improvement.Based on the existing research,the future development direction of potato gene editing technology was prospected.This review aims to provide systematic theoretical reference and practical guidance for the wide application of gene editing technology in potato genetic improvement and breeding.
