超减张缝合联合"Z"改形术在瘢痕修复中的临床应用
Clinical Application of Super Tension-reducing Suture Combined with the"Z"Modification in Scar Repair

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of hypertonic suture combined with"Z"modification in scar repair.Methods The clinical data of 35 patients who received scar repair treatment in the Department of Plastic Surgery,the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from December 2022 to April 2024 were selected for retrospective analysis.The repair was performed by hypertonic suture combined with"Z"modification.During the procedure,one or more"Z"shaped incisions are designed and the subcutaneous tissue is separated to about 2 cm on either side of the incisal margin.At a distance of about 1 cm from the wound edge,subcutaneous hypertensioning suture was performed using 5-0 PDS line to ensure that the triangular flap was cross-transferred without tension,so as to achieve the Mosaic of each flap.Finally,the skin was sutured using 7-0 Prolene line to achieve a good repair effect.Results Among the 35 patients in this group,no adverse reactions occurred postoperatively.The preoperative scar width ranged from 1.32 to 2.94 mm,with a mean of(1.80±0.31)mm,and the VSS score was 3 to 6 points,with a mean of(4.57±0.78)points.At 6 months postoperatively,the scar width narrowed to 0.57 to 1.31 mm,with a mean of(0.99±0.17)mm,and the VSS score decreased to 1 to 4 points,with a mean of(2.46±0.74)points.The results of scar repair were excellent in 21 cases,good in 11 cases,fair in 3 cases,and poor in 0 case,with an excellent and good rate of 91.14%.Conclusion Hypertonic suture combined with"Z"modification can significantly reduce skin tension and reposition scar tissue,thereby reducing scar formation and effectively repairing scar.关键词
