自拟活血化瘀方对子宫肌瘤患者的影响
Effect of Self-made Huoxue Huayu Prescription on Patients with Uterine Fibroids
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of self-made Huoxue Huayu Prescription on inflammatory factors,tumor markers,and clinical efficacy in patients with uterine fibroids.Method:Sixty patients with uterine fibroids who were treated at Jiangxi Provincial Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(n=30,treated with conventional western medicine)and an experimental group(n=30,treated with self-made Huoxue Huayu Prescription on the basis of the control group).Both groups were treated for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,TCM syndromes scores,uterine fibroid volume,serum tumor markers and inflammatory factors levels of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndromes scores,serum tumor markers and inflammatory factors levels of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the volume of uterine fibroids were smaller than those before treatment,and the TCM syndromes scores,serum tumor markers and inflammatory factors levels of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the volume of uterine fibroids was smaller than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The self-made Huoxue Huayu Prescription can reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and tumor markers in patients with uterine fibroids,shrink the volume of uterine fibroids,and improve clinical symptoms.关键词
