回馈理论下感觉运动训练指导在稳定期精神分裂症患者中的应用研究
Application of Sensorimotor Training under Feedback Theory in Patients with Stable Schizophrenia

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application of sensorimotor training under feedback theory in patients with stable schizophrenia.Method:A total of 150 patients with stable schizophrenia admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Yichun were enrolled as the research objects from July 2020 to July 2024.According to random number table method,they were divided into the observation group(n=75)and the control group(n=75).The control group was given conventional intervention,while the observation group was given sensorimotor training under feedback theory.The scores of positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS),inpatient psychiatric rehabilitation outcome scale(IPROS)and social skills training assessment scale(SST)before and after 6 weeks of intervention,and the incidence of adverse events during treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:After 6 weeks of intervention,scores of positive symptoms,negative symptoms and general psychopathological symptoms in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 6 weeks of intervention,scores of work therapy,living ability,social contact,ability of hygiene attention,care and interests in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 6 weeks of intervention,scores of daily basic skills,interpersonal ability and daily living ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the observation group and the control group(10.67%vs 17.33%,P>0.05).Conclusion:Sensorimotor training under feedback theory can significantly improve rehabilitation effect and activities of daily living in patients with stable schizophrenia.关键词
