Abstract
Objective:To investigate the influence of early goal-oriented rehabilitation training on the recovery effect of patients with severe pneumonia.Method:Eighty patients with severe pneumonia diagnosed in Ganzhou Fifth People's Hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were included in this prospective study.They were divided into routine nursing group(38 cases)and rehabilitation exercise group(42 cases)according to computer generated random number method.The routine nursing group received routine rehabilitation nursing,and the rehabilitation exercise group received early goal-oriented rehabilitation training on the basis of routine nursing group.The respiratory function recovery,the length of stay in ICU,pulmonary function imaging results,inflammation levels,the quality of sleep and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Result:After 10 days of intervention,PaO2/FiO2 in the rehabilitation exercise group was higher than that in the routine nursing group,PaCO2 was lower than that in the routine nursing group,and the length of stay in ICU was shorter than that in the routine nursing group(P<0.05).After 10 days of intervention,the lung ultrasonography score(LUS)and percentage of aerated bronchi within consolidation sign in the rehabilitation exercise group were lower than those in the routine nursing group,and the diaphragmatic excursion during calm was higher than that in the routine nursing group(P<0.05);after 10 days of intervention,the levels of CRP,IL-6 and procalcitonin in the rehabilitation exercise group were lower than those in the routine nursing group(P<0.05);after 10 days of intervention,the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score of the rehabilitation exercise group was lower than that of the routine nursing group,and the general comfort questionnaire(GCQ)score was higher than that of the routine nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In addition to routine care,early goal-oriented rehabilitation training can help improve the respiratory function and pulmonary function of patients with severe pneumonia,reduce the levels of inflammation,improve the quality of life.关键词
