肌电生物反馈联合常规康复治疗对缺血性脑卒中患者平衡功能和步行能力的影响
Effects of Myoelectric Biofeedback Combined with Conventional Rehabilitation Therapy on Balance Function and Walking Ability in Patients with Ischemic Stroke

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effects of myoelectric biofeedback combined with conventional rehabilitation therapy on balance function and walking ability in patients with ischemic stroke.Method:According to the random number table method,102 patients with ischemic stroke admitted to Jiujiang NO.1 People's Hospital from January 2022 to June 2024 were divided into control group(51 cases,receiving conventional rehabilitation treatment)and observation group(51 cases,receiving combined myoelectric biofeedback on the basis of treatment in control group).Both groups received rehabilitation treatment for 8 weeks.Movement and balance function,walking ability,lower limb muscle strength and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the scores of the Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA)in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Berg balance scale(BBS)and Holden functional ambulation classification(HFAC)scores of observation group were higher than those of control group after treatment(P<0.05).The lower limb muscle strength of observation group were higher than those of control group after treatment(P<0.05).The generic quality of life inventor-74(GQOLI-74)scores of observation group were higher than those of control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Myoelectric biofeedback combined conventional rehabilitation therapy can significantly improve the balance function and walking ability of patients with ischemic stroke through the synergistic effect of various mechanisms.关键词
