不同喉返神经暴露方法在甲状腺腺叶切除术中的应用效果
Application Effect of Different Recurrent Laryngeal Nerve Exposure Methods in Thyroid Lobectomy
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of different recurrent laryngeal nerve exposure methods in thyroid lobectomy.Method:A total of 80 patients with thyroid nodules who underwent thyroid lobectomy in Longnan First People's Hospital from May 2021 to May 2024 were selected and divided into two groups using a random number table.Both groups underwent thyroid lobectomy.Forty patients in the control group underwent anatomic exposure below the inferior thyroid artery,and forty patients in the observation group underwent anatomic exposure of recurrent laryngeal nerve into the larynx.Surgery-related indicators,quality of life(SF-36 score),satisfaction and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Result:There were no significant differences in length of hospital stay and preoperative quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the scores of life quality one month after the operation and total satisfaction were higher than those in the control group,the operation time of the observation group of(81.09±10.74)min was shorter than that of the control group of(115.42±16.45)min,and intraoperative blood loss of(32.65±7.22)mL was less than that of the control group of(46.78±11.53)mL,the pain score 24 hours after the operation of(2.09±0.71)points was lower than that of the control group of(3.64±1.05)points(P<0.05).Conclusion:Anatomical exposure of the recurrent laryngeal nerve at its entry into the larynx has a better application effect in thyroid lobectomy.It can shorten the operation time,reduce intraoperative blood loss,help lower the risk of complications,and improve patients'quality of life and satisfaction.关键词
