唐氏溃疡愈合汤联合雷贝拉唑肠溶片治疗脾胃气虚型胃溃疡的效果分析

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Tang's Kuiyang Yuhe Decoction combined with Rabeprazole Enteric-coated Tablets in the treatment of gastric ulcers of spleen and stomach Qi deficiency type.Method:A total of 80 patients with gastric ulcers of spleen and stomach Qi deficiency type admitted to the Department of Spleen and Stomach of Fuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2022 to September 2024 were selected and randomly divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases).Both groups received conventional treatment.The control group was treated with Rabeprazole Enteric-coated Tablets,while the observation group was treated with Tang's Kuiyang Yuhe Decoction in addition to the treatment of the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,inflammatory marker levels,and the occurrence of adverse reactions.Result:After 8 weeks of treatment,the observation group demonstrated a significantly higher overall response rate compared to the control group,and the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,IL-6,IL-8 and CRP were markedly reduced in the observation group relative to the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).No significant difference was observed in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Tang's Kuiyang Yuhe Decoction and Rabeprazole Enteric-coated Tablets yields favorable results in the treatment of gastric ulcers of spleen and stomach Qi deficiency type,which can reduce the patients'inflammatory reaction,lower the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,and does not increase the adverse reactions.关键词
