双钩疝针辅助单孔腹腔镜治疗青少年精索静脉曲张的临床效果
Clinical Effect of Double Hook Hernia Needle Assisted Single Port Laparoscopy in the Treatment of Adolescent Varicocele

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of double hook hernia needle assisted single port laparoscopy in the treatment of adolescent patients with varicocele(VC).Method:A total of 68 adolescent patients with VC admitted to Weifang Yidu Central Hospital from July 2024 to March 2025 were selected and divided into the control group(n=34)and the study group(n=34)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with traditional three port laparoscopy,and the study group was treated with double hook hernia needle assisted single port laparoscopy.The perioperative indicators,pain degree(VAS score),symptoms improvement,scar condition and complications of the two groups were compared.Result:Compared with the control group,the intraoperative blood loss in the study group was less,the time of getting out of bed was earlier,and the operation time and hospitalization time were shorter(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the study group at 6 and 24 hours after the operation were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the VAS scores of the two groups 48 hours after the operation(P>0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the improvement of scrotal distension and scrotal dull pain 2 months after the operation between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the Vancouver scar scale(VSS)scores of the study group was lower and the self-made incision satisfaction questionnaire scores was higher 3 months after the operation(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group(2.94%)was lower than that in the control group(23.53%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of double hook hernia needle assisted single port laparoscopy in the treatment of adolescent patients with VC can improve perioperative indicators,with less postoperative pain,less postoperative scar and high safety.关键词
