Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of intermittent phototherapy combined with Combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,Enterococcus and Bacillus Cereus Tablets,Live on neonatal hyperbilirubinemia(HB).Method:A total of 102 children with HB treated in People's Hospital of Ruijin City from May 2022 to November 2024 were selected as the research subjects and divided into the conventional group(n=51)and the combined group(n=51)according to the envelope lottery method.The conventional group was treated with conventional phototherapy,and the combined group was treated with intermittent phototherapy combined with Combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,Enterococcus and Bacillus Cereus Tablets,Live.The clinical efficacy,TBIL levels,inflammation and liver function indicators and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the combined group after 7 days of treatment was lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).After 3 and 7 days of treatment,the TBIL levels in the combined group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).After 7 days of treatment,the levels of CRP,IL-6,AST and ALT in the combined group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Intermittent phototherapy combined with Combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,Enterococcus and Bacillus Cereus Tablets,Live has a remarkable effect in the treatment of neonatal HB.It can significantly reduce the levels of TBIL,improve liver function,and does not increase adverse reactions.关键词
