TVT-O结合低频产后治疗仪对女性压力性尿失禁的影响
Influence of TVT-O Combined with Low-frequency Postnatal Therapeutic Instrument on Female Stress Urinary Incontinence
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To assess the value of combining transvaginal tension-free vaginal tape-obturator(TVT-O)with low-frequency postnatal therapeutic instrument in the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence.Method:A total of 60 female patients diagnosed with stress urinary incontinence admitted to Jiujiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2024 to June 2025 were randomly divided into a control group of 30 cases and an experimental group of 30 cases using a random number table method.The control group received TVT-O treatment combined with conventional interventions,while the experimental group combined with low-frequency postnatal therapeutic instrument treatment alongside TVT-O.The recovery of pelvic floor muscle strength,residual urine volume in the bladder,weight of urinary pads after 1 hour,life quality and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Result:After 6 weeks of intervention,the proportion of patients with grades 4 and 5 on the modified Oxford scale(MOS),the score of the incontinence quality of life questionnaire(I-QOL),the average myoelectric voltage of type Ⅰ pelvic floor muscle fibers,the average myoelectric voltage of type Ⅱ pelvic floor muscle fibers,the vaginal dynamic pressure,and the total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group were all higher than those in the control group,while the residual urine volume in the bladder and the weight of urinary pads after 1 hour were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of TVT-O with low-frequency postnatal therapeutic instrument can improve the clinical efficacy for female stress urinary incontinence,promote the recovery of pelvic floor muscle strength,improve bladder emptying function,reduce the volume of incontinence urine leakage,and improve patients'quality of life.关键词
