摘要

Abstract

Breast cancer is the most prevalent malignant tumor in women.As a comprehensive treatment method,radiotherapy has crucial significance.Postoperative adjuvant radiotherapy can effectively reduce local recurrence,and improve patients'survival.The long-term toxicities of radiotherapy,particularly cardiac toxicity,have become a critical concern because the treatment outcome of breast cancer is favorable and patients'survival rate is high.For patients with left-sided breast cancer,the deep inspiration breath-hold(DIBH)technique can realize the aim that reduce the exposure dose on heart through using expansion effects of thoracic cavity and lung's volume to increase the distance between heart and target area.In recent years,the innovatively integrated radiotherapy equipment,which were developed by domestic manufacturers,can combined with optical surface monitoring systems to develop DIBH technique.Therefore,the Radiotherapy Equipment and Technology Branch,China Association of Medical Equipment organized relative experts in the field to formulate clinical guideline of domestically innovative integrated radiotherapy equipment in treating breast cancer under the support of the National Key R&D Program of China,which aim is to standardize and promote the clinical application of domestically innovative integrated radiotherapy equipment and its DIBH technique in treating breast cancer.
