摘要

Abstract

Objective:To observe the effect of Baclofen combined with Botulinum Toxin Type A on muscle tone recovery and motor function in patients with dystonia after stroke.Method:A total of 100 patients with dystonia after stroke admitted to the First People's Hospital of Zunyi from January 2022 to August 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Baclofen Tablets combined with Botulinum Toxin Type A,while the control group was treated with oral Baclofen Tablets.The treatment cycle for both groups was 16 to 20 weeks.The clinical efficacy,muscle tone recovery,improvement of motor function and safety of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the modified Ashworth scale(MAS)grade of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of the Fugl-meyer assessment scale(FMA)of each item in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions occurred in either group.Conclusion:Baclofen combined with Botulinum Toxin Type A is effective in the treatment of dystonia after stroke,which can significantly improve the muscle tone and motor function of patients,without adverse reactions,and has high safety.
