阴阳互济法对乳腺癌内分泌治疗所致的围绝经期综合征及性激素水平的影响
Effects of method by mutual reinforcement of yin-yang on perimenopausal syndrome and sex hormone levels caused by endocrine therapy for breast cancer

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of the method of mutual reinforcement of yin-yang on perimenopausal syndrome and sex hormone levels in breast cancer patients receiving endocrine therapy.Methods:A total of 112 eligible patients were randomly divided into a control group and a traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)group,56 patients in each group.Finally,107 patients completed the study(54 patients in control group and 53 patients in TCM group).The control group received the standard endocrine therapy,while the TCM group additionally received a daily decoction base on the method of mutual reinforcement of yin-yang for 6 consecutive months.Efficacy was evaluated by the modified Kupperman scale score before and after treatment,and the levels of estradiol(E2),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)were measured before and after treatment.Results:The Kupperman score of TCM group was significantly decreased after treatment(P＜0.05).The total effective rates were 67.9％(36/53)in TCM group and 13.0％(7/54)in control group,the therapeutic effect of TCM group were both superior to those of control group(P＜0.01).Subgroup analysis revealed that the efficacy of the premenopausal subgroup in TCM group was better than that of the postmenopausal subgroup(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in efficacy between the subgroup of liver-kidney yin deficiency syndrome and the subgroup of spleen-kidney yang deficiency syndrome.There were no significant differences in E2,FSH and LH levels between the two groups after treatment.No breast cancer-related disease-free survival or overall survival events were observed in TCM group.A few cases of mild loose stools were reported in both groups,which was resolved after symptomatic treatment.Conclusion:The method of mutual reinforcement of yin-yang can improve perimenopausal syndrome in breast cancer patients receiving endocrine therapy,enhance the Kupperman score,and is more effective for premenopausal patients.It has a minimal impact on sex hormone levels,fewer adverse reactions,and is safe and controllable.关键词
