马王堆医书熨法学术特色探析
Research on the academic characteristics of ironing method in Mawangdui medical books
摘要
Abstract
This article systematically sorts out and analyzes the ironing contained in Mawangdui medical books,aiming to deeply explore their academic value and characteristics,and provide experience and inspiration for the research and practice of modern Chinese medicine ironing.Based on the origin of the Mawangdui medical books'ironing theory,this article comprehensively analyzes the relevant records of ironing,extracts and summarizes its four major academic characteristics.Firstly,the prominent regional cultural characteristics reflect the wisdom of ancient local medical practices.Secondly,the diverse ironing methods reflect the ancient and practical therapeutic philosophy.Thirdly,when ironing,emphasis should be placed on order,with sweating as the indication of effectiveness.Fourthly,the selection and use of formula and medicine fully consider the characteristics of different diseases,reflecting the medical wisdom of disease and syndrome differentiation treatment.关键词
