二氧化碳点阵激光联合富血小板血浆治疗痤疮凹陷性瘢痕随机半脸对照研究
Randomized split-face controlled study on the treatment of atrophic acne scars with fractional CO2 laser combined with platelet-rich plasma

Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of fractional carbon dioxide(CO2)laser combined with platelet-rich plasma(PRP)in the treatment of atrophic acne scars.Methods A total of 25 patients were enrolled,and the left and right sides of each patient's face were randomly divided into the experimental group(fractional CO2 laser combined with PRP)and the control group(fractional CO2 laser alone).Treatments were performed once every 2 months for a total of 3 sessions.The clinical efficacy,Echelle d'Évaluation Clinique des Cicatrices d'Acné(ECCA)score,acne scar grading score,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Patients were followed up for 6 months to observe the recurrence rate.Results With the increase in the number of treatments,the atrophic scars improved in both groups.After the 2nd and 3rd treatments,the ECCA scores of the experimental group were(46.00±4.90;31.60±6.74),which were significantly lower than those of the control group(50.40±5.28;42.40±6.50);the acne scar grading scores of the experimental group were(2.28±0.45;1.60±0.49),which were significantly lower than those of the control group(2.60±0.49;2.24±0.51),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05,P<0.001).In the experimental group,there were 0 cases of hyperpigmentation,4%(1/25)of erythema,and 8%(2/25)of skin dryness.In the control group,there were 4%(1/25)of hyperpigmentation,4%(1/25)of erythema,and 28%(7/25)of skin dryness.The adverse reaction rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).During the 6-month follow-up,3 cases relapsed in the control group,while only 1 case relapsed in the experimental group.The recurrence rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions Both single fractional CO2 laser and fractional CO2 laser combined with PRP are effective in the treatment of atrophic acne scars.The efficacy improves with the increase in the number of treatments.The combined therapy is superior to single laser therapy in terms of efficacy,with fewer adverse reactions and a lower recurrence rate.关键词
