摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and impact on patients'quality of life of sequential treatment with ultra-pulsed CO2 laser and Q-switched 532 nm laser for facial seborrheic keratosis. Methods Data were collected from 70 patients with facial seborrheic keratosis who visited Huai'an Maternal and Child Health Hospital between January 2023 and January 2025.Based on treatment modality differences, the patients were divided into two groups of 35 cases each. The control group received ultra-pulse CO2 laser therapy, while the observation group received Q-switched 532 nm laser therapy in addition to the control group's treatment. The overall doctor's evaluation(PGA),time to symptom disappearance(scab formation, scab shedding, redness subsidence time),Dermatology Life Quality Index(DLQI)score, and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results Following treatment, the observation group exhibited lower PGA scores(P<0.05),shorter symptom resolution times(P<0.05),and lower DLQI scores(P<0.05)compared to the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions was marginally higher in the observation group than in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusions Sequential treatment with ultra-pulsed CO2 laser and Q-switched 532 nm laser for facial seborrheic keratosis can improve the therapeutic effect, shorten the symptom disappearance time, and improve the quality of life of patients, and has good safety.关键词
