Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of 1 565 nm non-ablative fractional laser combined with recombinant mussel adhesive protein liquid dressing in treating melasma,and to observe its effects on skin barrier repair and postoperative symptom improvement.Methods A total of 60 patients with melasma treated at Shenzhen Xiangmi Lig Medical Aesthetic Clinic from December 2024 to June 2025 were selected and divided into two groups based on treatment methods:the combined group(1 565 nm non-ablative fractional laser+0.5 mg/mL recombinant mussel adhesive protein liquid dressing)and the control group(1 565 nm non-ablative fractional laser alone).The Melasma Area and Severity Index(MASI),the rate of MASI reduction after treatment(MDR),the Visual Analog Scale(VAS)for patient subjective perception,and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The MDR of the combined group(54.5±18.7)% was significantly higher than that of the control group(35.5±15.9)%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,the satisfaction indicators such as"color fading improvement"and"treatment experience"were scored higher,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of 1 565nm non-ablative fractional laser and recombinant mussel adhesive protein liquid dressing synergistically reduces melasma severity,improves clinical outcomes,alleviates postoperative symptoms,and demonstrates good safety.关键词
