Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the therapeutic effect of ultra pulsed CO2 dot matrix laser combined with triamcinolone acetonide and centella asiatica cream ointment on scar hyperplasia after open hysterectomy.Methods From January 2023 to January 2025,147 patients with scar hyperplasia after open hysterectomy admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method:a control group of 73 cases and an observation group of 74 cases.The control group was treated with ultra pulsed CO2 dot matrix laser combined with triamcinolone acetonide,while the observation group was treated with snow glycoside cream ointment on this basis.The efficacy,scar score,serum growth factor level,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the modified Vancouver Scar Assessment Scale(mVSS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of epidermal growth factor(EGF)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The application of superpulse CO2 dot matrix laser combined with triamcinolone acetonide and centella asiatica cream ointment in the treatment of scar hyperplasia after open hysterectomy can improve the efficacy,promote the improvement of scar symptoms in patients,effectively regulate the expression of serum growth factors related to scar hyperplasia,and has high safety.关键词
