超薄皮片移植与负压吸疱表皮移植治疗稳定期白癜风的临床疗效观察

Abstract
Objective This study evaluates the clinical efficacy and safety of ultra-thin skin grafting(UTSG)and negative pressure blister epidermal grafting(ESBG)in treating stable-stage vitiligo.Methods A total of 160 stable-phase vitiligo patients recruited from outpatient clinics at Baoding Huarren Vitiligo Hospital between January 2022 and June 2023 were enrolled.The patients were divided into two groups based on treatment methods:Group A(80 cases)received ultra-thin skin grafting,while Group B(80 cases)underwent negative pressure blister epidermal transplantation.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Three months post-surgery,Group A achieved an overall response rate of 88.75%(71/80)versus Group B's 82.50%(66/80),with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Six months post-surgery,Group A's response rate rose to 93.75% compared to Group B's 88.75%,again showing no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).When comparing localized,segmental,and scattered types with generalized types,Group A demonstrated statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Postoperative satisfaction rates were 96.25% for Group A versus 78.75% for Group B,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions Both ultrathin skin grafting and negative pressure blister epidermal transplantation have good efficacy in treating stable vitiligo,but ultrathin skin grafting takes less time,is more comfortable,has uniform color recovery,higher satisfaction,and is more suitable for the treatment of large area vitiligo.关键词
