上睑提肌腱膜复位术治疗老年性上睑下垂120例患者的回顾性分析

Abstract
Objective To summarize the clinical characteristics and diagnosis and treatment experience of upper eyelid levator aponeurosis reduction surgery for elderly patients with ptosis.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 120 elderly patients with ptosis treated with levator aponeurosis reduction surgery at Pingdingshan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from February 2024 to February 2025.Results In this group of patients,there were 100 cases with symmetrical height and width of the eyelid fissure,101 cases with smooth eyelid curvature without internal or external flipping,112 cases with natural and symmetrical skin folds,106 cases with normal eyelid opening and closing function,103 cases without diplopia or strabismus,and 105 cases without upper eyelid delay.Compared with preoperative levels,the surrender and avoidance scores in the MCMQ scores of this group of patients decreased after surgery,while the scores increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative quality of life scores of this group of patients were significantly improved compared to before,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).One patient in this group had incomplete eyelid closure,with an incidence rate of 3.33%.No cases of inadequate correction,exposure keratitis,or postoperative infection.Conclusions The upper eyelid levator aponeurosis reduction surgery for the treatment of elderly ptosis with comprehensive perioperative care can not only achieve good surgical results,but also significantly improve the coping style and quality of life of patients after corrective surgery.关键词
