Abstract
Objective:This study aims to explore the therapeutic effect of Futicasone Furoate combined with non-invasive ventilator on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)complicated with chronic respiratory failure.Method:A total of 80 patients admitted to the Binzhou Central Hospital from January 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the research subjects and divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional basic treatment(including cough relief,expectoration,antispasmodic,etc.)combined with non-invasive ventilator-assisted ventilation.The observation group was treated with flutemevir inhalation powder mist(one inhalation per day)on the basis of the treatment plan of the control group.The treatment courses for both groups were one month.At the end of the treatment course,the clinical efficacy,blood gas analysis indicators[arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2),arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2),pH value],pulmonary function[forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),and the percentage of forced expiratory volume in one second to forced vital capacity(FEV1/FV)],the scores of the Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Self-Assessment Test(CAT)and the occurrence of adverse reactions.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of the improvement of lung function,the baseline levels of indicators such as FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC of the two groups of patients were comparable before treatment.After treatment,the improvement degrees of the above pulmonary function indicators in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and there were no significant differences(P<0.05).In terms of arterial blood gas analysis,the PaO2 and pH values of both groups of patients increased after treatment compared with those before treatment,while PaCO2 decreased.Among them,the improvement amplitudes of each index in the observation group were significantly greater than those in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of symptom assessment,the CAT scores of both groups decreased after treatment compared with those before treatment,and the degree of score reduction in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group there were no significant differences(P<0.05).In terms of safety,the adverse reactions that occurred during the treatment of the two groups of patients mainly included dizziness,throat discomfort,nausea and abdominal distension,etc.The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group was 15.00%and 17.50%respectively,and there was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05),indicating that the combined medication regimen did not increase additional safety risks.Conclusion:The combination of flutemevir inhalation powder and non-invasive ventilator in the treatment of COPD patients with chronic respiratory failure can significantly improve clinical efficacy,effectively improve the lung function status and arterial blood gas indicators of patients,alleviate clinical symptoms,enhance the quality of life,and does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.It shows good clinical application value and safety and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
