基于纤维蛋白原靶向纠正的冷沉淀输注方案在重型颅脑损伤凝血障碍中的应用价值
Clinical Efficacy of Fibrinogen-Targeted Cryoprecipitate Transfusion in Severe Traumatic Brain Injury-Associated Coagulopathy

Abstract
Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of fibrinogen targeted and corrected cryoprecipitate infusion regimens in patients with coagulation disorders due to severe craniocerebral injury.Method:A total of 112 patients with severe craniocerebral injury complicated with coagulation disorders admitted to Qingyang People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(conventional coagulation support treatment)and an observation group(conventional treatment combined with fibrinogen targeted cryoprecipitation infusion),with 56 cases in each group.The recovery rate of coagulation function,fibrinogen level,incidence of complications and length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Result:The PT and APTT levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the FIB and Plt levels were higher than these in the observation group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The GCS score after treatment was higher in the observation group than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total hospital stay,ICU stay,and general ward stay were shorter in the observation group than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group(7.14％,4/56 cases)was lower than that in the control group(21.43％,12/56 cases),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fibrinogen targeted cryoprecipitate infusion is helpful in correcting coagulation dysfunction,improving neurological functional status,shortening hospital stay,reducing the risk of complications,and has good clinical promotion value.关键词
