Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of enalapril injection on cardiac function in patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI)complicated with hypertension(HTN).Method:According to the random number table method,100 patients with STEMI combined with HTN admitted to Quanzhou First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from February 2023 to February 2025 were divided into the control group(was given conventional treatment,n=50)and the study group(treated with enalapril injection on the basis of the control group,n=50).The clinical efficacy,cardiac function,blood coagulation indicators and the occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),D-dimer(D-D),heart rate(HR),plasma fibrinogen(FIB),and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)among the research subjects(P>0.05).After treatment,the level of LVEF in the study group was higher than that in the control group,while the levels of D-D,LVEDD,FIB and HR in the study group were lower than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:For patients with STEMI combined with HTN,enalapril injection can improve their cardiac function and blood coagulation indicators,enhance clinical efficacy,and has relatively high safety.关键词
