摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the efficacy of endoscopic ligation combined with somatostatin in the treatment of esophageal and gastric variceal bleeding complicated with liver cirrhosis.Method:A retrospective selection was made of 100 patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with esophageal and gastric variceal rupture admitted to Xiamen Xinglin Hospital from January 2024 to March 2025.They were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 50 cases in each group, according to different treatment methods. The control group received endoscopic ligation treatment, while the observation group received somatostatin treatment on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, gastrointestinal function, blood indicators, hemostasis and hospital stay of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment, the clinical efficacy, fasting gastric juice pH value, hemoglobin concentration and platelet count of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group. The scores of gastrointestinal dysfunction, hemostasis and hospital stay were all lower than those of the control group. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultra-early endoscopic hemostasis and somatostatin can enhance the therapeutic effect of patients with acute upper gastrointestinal tract, improve gastrointestinal function, increase hemoglobin concentration and platelet count, and reduce bleeding and hospital stay.关键词
