埋线疗法治疗肾虚肝郁型围绝经期综合征的疗效观察
Observation on the Efficacy of Buried Thread Therapy in the Treatment of Kidney Deficiency and Liver Depression Type Perimenopausal Syndrome

Abstract
Objective:In the treatment process of perimenopausal syndrome of kidney deficiency and liver depression type,the influence of embedding thread therapy on its therapeutic effect was studied.Method:60 patients with perimenopausal syndrome of kidney deficiency and liver depression type admitted to Weihai Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July 2023 to August 2024 were selected as the research samples for this study.According to the random method,they were divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.Among them,the treatment group was treated with thread embedding therapy,while the control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine efficacy and the differences in sex hormone level indicators before and after treatment between the two groups were compared.Result:Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the data of sex hormone level indicators between the two groups(P>0.05).The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine efficacy and the sex hormone levels after treatment in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Thread embedding therapy has demonstrated remarkable efficacy in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome of kidney deficiency and liver depression type.It can effectively regulate sex hormone levels and provide a more convenient and effective treatment option for clinical practice.关键词
