Abstract
Objective:To explore the current situation of enteral nutrition initiation time in patients with hemorrhagic stroke(HS)and the influencing factors of successful initiation.Method:A total of 223 HS patients admitted to the Longyan First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from July 2023 to January 2025 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into two groups based on whether enteral nutrition was successfully initiated:the successful initiation group(n=196)and the failed initiation group(n=27).The basic information of patients was collected,and the logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of the successful initiation of enteral nutrition in HS patients.Result:Among the 223 HS patients in this study,enteral nutrition was successfully initiated in 196 patients(87.89%),while it failed in 27 patients(12.11%).There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in terms of gender,body weight,nutritional screening score(NRS),and underlying diseases(hypertension,diabetes)(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in terms of age,whether mechanical ventilation was used,catheterization method,whether dietary fiber was added,whether gastric motility drugs were taken,and the initiation time of enteral nutrition(P<0.05).Moreover,logistic multivariate regression analysis showed that age,no mechanical ventilation,addition of dietary fiber,use of gastric motility drugs,and the initiation time of enteral nutrition were all influencing factors for the successful initiation of enteral nutrition in HS patients,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Enteral nutrition can be successfully initiated in most HS patients.Age,absence of mechanical ventilation,addition of dietary fiber,use of gastric motility drugs,and the initiation time of enteral nutrition are all important influencing factors for the successful initiation of enteral nutrition in HS patients.关键词
