摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Guifu Lizhong Decoction in the treatment of functional gastrointestinal disordes(FGID)caused by spleen and stomach coldness.Method:A total of 170 patients with FGID of spleen and stomach coldness type who were treated in the Sanming First Hospital from August 2022 to August 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups:the control group(85 cases)and the experimental group(85 cases).The control group was given conventional Western medical treatment,while the experimental group was treated with modified Guifu Lizhong Decoction.The clinical symptom scores,TCM syndrome scores,gastrointestinal dynamic indicators and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,after treatment,the experimental group had lower clinical symptom scores,TCM syndrome scores and small intestinal propulsion rate,higher gastric emptying rate,and shorter colonic transit time,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Modified Guifu Lizhong Decoction has a good clinical efficacy in the treatment of FGID of spleen and stomach cold deficiency type.It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,regulate gastrointestinal motility function,and has good safety.关键词
