降香檀中两个新天然产物化学成分研究
Chemical Constituents of Two New Natural Products from Dalbergia odorifera

Abstract
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Dalbergia odorifera.Methods:Various chromatographic packing materi-als were used for column chromatography,combined with recrystallization and semi preparative HPLC to isolate and purify the 75%eth-anol extract of Dalbergia odorifera heartwood.The structures were identified by 1D and 2D NMR data.Results:Seventeen compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of Dalbergia odorifera heartwood and identified as mucronulatol(1),5,7-dihydroxychromone(2),O-methyldalbergin(3),7-hydroxychroman-4-one(4),benzoic acid(5),7,2′-dihydroxy-8,4′-dimethoxyisoflavane(6),7-hydroxy-5′-me-thoxyspiro[benzo[d][1,3]dioxole-2′,3-chroman]-4-onea(7),methyl 4-methoxysalicylate(8),ethyl 4-hydroxy-2-methoxybenzoate(9),3-hydroxy-6-methoxy-9H-xanthen-9-one(10),violanone(11),pratensein(12),wisterones B(13),neokhriol A(14),7-demethyl-robustigenin(15),cratosumatranone D(16),spibenzofuran(17),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 4 and 10 are new natural products,compounds 6,8,9,13,16,17 are isolated from Dalbergia genus for the first time,compounds 3,5,15 are isolated from Dalbergia odorifera for the first time.关键词
