盐度、温度对不同生长阶段脊尾白虾呼吸代谢的影响
Effects of Salinity,Temperature and Growth Stage on Respiratory Metabolism of Exopalaemon carinicauda

Abstract
[Objective]This study aims to investigate the effects of salinity,temperature and growth stage on respiratory metabolism of Exopalaemon carinicauda,which provides theoretical support for artificial breeding,healthy breeding and seedling transportation of E.carinicauda.[Method]The oxygen consumption rate,ammonia excretion rate and asphyxia point of E.carinicauda were measured for the juvenile shrimp[(18.52±0.43)mm],adult shrimp[(44.38±0.49)mm]and berried shrimp[(50.18±0.32)mm]under the conditions of water temperature at 26℃and salinity at 3,5,8,11,25,and 30;as well as under the conditions of salinity at 25 and water temperature at 16,20,24,28,and 32℃.[Results and Conclusion]At the same growth stage,the oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate of juvenile shrimp,adult shrimp and berried shrimp had a trend of decreasing first and then increasing with the increase of salinity,all reaching their lowest at salinity 25.The oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate of adult shrimp were significantly lower than that of juvenile shrimp and berried shrimp at the same salinity(ranged from 3 to 25);But the oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate of juvenile shrimp were the lowest at salinity of 30,which were 0.361 and 0.031 mg/(g·h),respectively.At the same growth stage,the oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate of juvenile shrimp,adult shrimp and berried shrimp showed an increasing trend with the increase of water temperature;At the same water temperature(from 16 to 32℃),the oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate of adult shrimp tended to decrease compared with those of juvenile shrimp and berried shrimp;The oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate of juvenile shrimp were the highest compared with those of adult shrimp and berried shrimp at 32℃,which were 0.386 and 0.035 mg/(g·h),respectively;There was no significant difference in oxygen consumption rate between adult shrimp and berried shrimp(P>0.05).The oxygen-nitrogen ratio of E.carinicauda was significantly affected by salinity,water temperature and growth stage;The average oxygen-nitrogen ratio of E.carinicauda were 11.229 and 11.550 under the conditions of water temperature 26℃,salinity ranging from 3 to 30,and under conditions of salinity 25,water temperature ranging from 16 to 32℃;Which indicated that E.carinicauda utilizes protein and fat for energy,therefore it is necessary to put the focus on the content of feed protein to meet the growth needs during the breeding period.At the same growth stage,the asphyxiation point of juvenile shrimp,adult shrimp and berried shrimp all exhibited a trend of decreasing first and then increasing with the increase of salinity under the conditions of the salinity ranged from 3 to 30(water temperature was 26℃),and with the lowest value at salinity of 25,which were 0.543,0.682 and 0.873 mg/L,respectively;Those results showed that the optimum salinity of E.carinicauda was around 25.Compared to juvenile shrimp,adult shrimp and berried shrimp had higher asphyxiation points under the same water temperature(ranged from 16 to 32℃),so more attention should be paid to the hypoxia situation during reproduction and transportation for both.关键词
