中医香疗在耳鼻喉科疾病治疗中的作用机制与临床应用
The action mechanism and clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine aromatherapy in the treatment of otolaryngological diseases

Abstract
In order to systematically explore the action mechanism and clinical application value of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)aromatherapy in the treatment of otorhinolaryngologic diseases,providing a theoretical basis and practical reference for the prevention and treatment of otorhinolaryngologic diseases in the integrative medicine.This study sorted out the application skeleton of TCM aromatherapy by integrating relevant literature.The action mechanisms of TCM external and internal treatment methods were analyzed based on modern medical theory,and its current application status was summarized according to the clinical practice.The research content encompassed the pharmacological characteristics of aromatic medicinals,the historical context of treatment methods,the action mechanisms of external treatment methods(via transdermal/percutaneous absorption,acupoint conduction,and the orifice-brain pathway)and internal treatment methods(including promoting Qi circulation and blood activation,dispelling wind and promoting diffusion,resolving dampness to invigorate the spleen,and channel-guiding effects),as well as their typical applications in modern clinical practice.Results show that TCM aromatic therapy can achieve local and systemic synergistic therapeutic effects through multiple pathways,including transdermal penetration,acupoint conduction,and the orifice-brain pathway.The internal treatment method forms several therapeutic pathways,and modern research confirms its efficacy in regulating inflammatory signaling and enhancing medicine absorption,thereby improving neurological function.TCM aromatherapy demonstrates unique advantages in the treatment of otorhinolaryngologic diseases.Future efforts should focus on strengthening standardization and dosage form innovation to promote its further development.关键词
