萱草花的化学成分及抗氧化活性研究
Study on Chemical Constituents and Antioxidant Activity of Hemerocallis citrina Flower Bud
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the chemical constituents and antioxidant activities of Hemerocallis citrina flower bud.Methods:The 80%ethanol extract of Hemerocallis citrina flower bud was isolated and purified by column chromatography and semi-preparative liquid chromatography.The structures of the compounds were identified by modern spectroscopy.The antioxidant activities of the compounds were evaluated by DPPH radical scavenging.Results:Seventeen compounds were isolated from Hemerocallis citrina flower bud and iden-tified as 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde(1),methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate(2),corchorifatty acids E(3),4-hydroxybenzoic acid(4),5-(hydroxym-ethyl)furfural dimer(5),protocatechuic acid(6),perlolyrine(7),naringin(8),kaempferol-3-O-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→6)]-β-D-galactopyranoside(9),kaempferol-3-O-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→6)]-β-D-glucopyranoside(10),isorhamnetin-3-O-[α-L-rhamnopyr-anosyl-(1→6)]-β-D-glucopyranoside(11),kaempferol-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside(12),isorhamnetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(13),kaempferol-3-O-α-L-arabinoside(14),isorhamnetin-3-O-α-L-arabinoside(15),isoquercitrin(16),guajavarin(17),respectively.Con-clusion:Among them,compounds 1 to 3,5,8,15 are isolated from Hemerocallis genus for the first time,and compounds 4,6,7 are isola-ted from Hemerocallis citrina for the first time.Compounds 16,17 have good antioxidant activity.关键词
