基于中医辨证的三叶健清饮对糖调节受损(脾虚湿热型)患者的干预效果评价
The effect of Sanye Jianqing Yin based on TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of impaired glucose regulation(the spleen deficiency and damp-heat type)

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Sanye Jianqing Yin(三叶健清饮)in the treatment of impaired glucose regulation.Methods:A total of 66 patients with impaired glucose regulation who visited the outpatient department of Shanghai Shibei Hospital from March 2024 to February 2025 were selected as the observation subjects and were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.The study group was given Sanye Jianqing Yin orally,while the control group was given acarbose orally.The treatment in both groups lasted for 6 weeks.The glucose metabolism indexes(including GLU,2hPBG,HbA1c,and MAGE),pancreatic islet function indicators(including FINS and HOMA-IR),physical sign indicators(including BMI and WHR),and the reversal rate of prediabetes in both groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:Ultimately,30 cases in the treatment group and 31 cases in the control group completed the study.After treatment,the levels of GLU,2hPBG,HbA1c,MAGE,FINS,HOMA-IR,BMI and WHR in the two groups were all ameliorated compared with those before treatment.Among them,the scores of MAGE,FINS,HOMA-IR,BMI,and WHR in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The reversal rate in the research group was higher than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Sanye Jianqing Yin plus conventional therapy in the treatment of impaired glucose regulation can effectively control blood glucose level,maintain blood glucose stability,effectively ameliorate insulin resistance,and alleviate central obesity.关键词
