基于色差原理分析重楼有效成分含量与颜色的相关性研究
Correlation Between Effective Components Contents and Color Values of Paridis Rhizoma Based on Color Difference Principle

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the correlation between the content of effective components Paridis Rhizoma saponinsⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ,Ⅶ,H and gracillin and the chroma value of Paridis Rhizoma powder,so as to provide the basis for the quality evaluation of Paridis Rhizoma.Methods:The color values of Paridis Rhizoma powder was measured by colorimeter.The contents of 8 saponins were determined by HPLC.The correlation analysis was carried out by SPSS 26.0 software.Results:There was a highly significant positive correlation between the contents of Paridis Rhizoma saponins Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and the color values L∗ and E∗(P<0.01),while the content of Paridis Rhizoma saponin Ⅵ and the color value a∗ had a moderately significant positive correlation(P<0.05),the content of Paridis Rhizoma saponins Ⅴ,H and a∗ had a highly significant negative correlation(P<0.01).However,there was no significant correlation between the content of each saponin component and b∗.Conclusion:Paridis Rhizoma powder color is related to the active ingredient contents,and the color of light white active ingredient content is higher,the quality is better.To a certain extent,the larger the value of L∗,a∗ and E∗,the higher the content of Paridis Rhizoma saponins Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅵ,and the smaller the value of a∗,the higher the content of Paridis Rhizoma saponin Ⅴ and H.The determination of the color difference value of Paridis Rhizoma by colorimeter can quickly predict the content of active ingredients in Paridis Rhizoma.The study can provide reference for improving its quality evaluation system.关键词
