基于CiteSpace对肥胖与肠道菌群相关研究热点进行可视化分析
A visual analysis of research hotspots related to obesity and gut microbiome based on CiteSpace

Abstract
Objective:Through CiteSpace analysis software,the relevant research on the distribution of intestinal flora in obese people at home and abroad was visually analyzed in this study to understand the current research hotspots and future research trends,so as to provide more reference for the health guidance of obese people.Methods:The publicly published literature with the keywords"obesity"and"intestinal flora"included in the CNKI database and the core collection of Web of Science(WOS)from January 1,2005 to April 7,2025 was searched,and the publication year,source,author,keywords and other information of the included literatures were visually analyzed by the CiteSpace software.Results:According to the subject word search,a total of 2 482 Chinese articles and 4 274 foreign articles were obtained.Since 2007,the number of articles published in related fields had shown an increasing trend,reaching the peak in 2022,and had declined slightly thereafter.Among domestic and foreign institutions,Shanghai Jiaotong University and University of California had issued the most articles in relevant fields.The numbers of related research articles published in Chinese Journal of Microecology or Nutrients were the largest.At present,there is no core author group at home and abroad.The research focused on"intestinal flora","obesity",and"probiotics",with high-frequency keywords including"high-fat diet","insulin resistance"and"inflammation".In recent years,the research has focused on precision medicine and interdisciplinary integration.Conclusions:The current research has not yet formed a core author group,and the construction of academic community still needs to be strengthened.The penetration of precision medical concepts and the integration of interdisciplinary technologies are reshaping the research paradigm.The combination of metagenomics,metabolomics,and artificial intelligence opens up a new path for personalized intervention.In the future,it is necessary to strengthen international scientific research collaboration,deepen clinical transformation,and build an interdisciplinary research team to deal with the complex problems in the prevention and treatment of obesity,so as to provide theoretical basis for formulating obesity management strategies based on gut microbiome regulation.关键词
